Varna (population 314 539) is the biggest city at the Bulgarian Black-sea coast. It is a city over 110 kilometers long, its width, including the new residential quarters is nearly 9 kilometers. The city is like an amphitheatre and follows the curves of the Bay of Varna. It is surrounded by lots of gardens, vineyards and deciduous groves. Almost the whole territory is occupied with private country-houses and their small farms. The city is a regional administrative center. Terminal station on the railway lines Sofia-Varna and Rouse-Varna, a sea port, an international airport, second in traffic after Sofia.
Varna was an inhabited place even before the Greeks established the colony of Odessos there about 580 B.C. Later, under the Romans and their successors, the Slavs, Varna became a major port trading with Constantinople, Venice and Dubrovnik. In 1393 it was captured by the Turks, who made it an important military centre.

There are sun-beds and deckchairs for use around the pool, plus a shaded area to escape from the full sun. The garden is stocked with a selection of fruit trees as well as established grape vines, and you are welcome to help yourselves to the produce on offer. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two singles (air conditioned). The double room has a door opening onto the veranda which leads to the large outdoor relaxation and dining area with large table and chairs and views of the forest. The relaxation area also has outdoor stairs leading directly to the garden and pool area. Also on this floor is a family bathroom and separate WC. A staircase leads from the hallway to the second floor. On the second floor there are again two bedrooms (air conditioned). The master bedroom has a king-size bed with en-suite shower room and WC, and a terrace with seating and views to the forest. The second bedroom is a twin with two single beds. The bus stop just two minutes walk away provides a regular service to the city, the journey time being just 10 minutes. It is also possible to connect locally to the buses to St.Konstantine and Golden Sands. This villa has been fully renovated to luxury standard!
